More trust is better for everyone.

We are a multi-disciplinary team with expertise ranging from Brand to Psychology to Statistics and international experience across many sectors.

We work with all levels and functions in organisations - from global board level to the frontline where the rubber hits the road.

We believe that building more trust creates great value for those who matter to you – and in return for you.

Trust is one of those rare concepts that create a true win/win. We have seen how more trust enriches customers' lives and our clients' team experience. We have seen how even a little bit more trust improves the soft and hard factor results - and we look forward to making TrustLogic® available to more and more clients to create that value.

How TrustLogic® was born.

Why is it that everyone tells you how important trust is and that you should build it but then offers no answer as to how to do it? TrustLogic® was born out of frustration with just that.

Be honest? With what? Be transparent? With what? Deliver what you promise? What do I need to promise? Do the right thing when no one is looking?

Well, that’s a pretty low bar.

We went about it the scientific way. With rigorous psychology and hundreds of 90-minute in-depth interviews to find out how we experience and process trust.

The result of our research with the late Professor Wilhelm Salber and psychologist, Barbara Grohsgart is TrustLogic®, the scientifically proven visualization of the way our mind processes trust.

In hindsight, it's not surprising that our mind deals with trust logically and simply. After all, it's evolved as our most important sense to survive, to thrive, and to simplify our lives. Therefore, it can't be complex and energy-consuming.

The Six Buckets of Trust®

When we trained a sales team 15 years ago, the model still felt abstract to some. But in one workshop a sales guy exclaimed: ‘I get it. It’s like six buckets of trust that I need to fill. And now I know which ones to fill and I know what to fill them with.’

What seemed such a simple concept brilliantly encapsulated the model. The Six Buckets of Trust® has become the driver. It inspires and is intuitive to work with, quickly making it your team’s favourite job.

We applied the same rigour in statistical analysis and practical evidence to the TrustLogic® Driver Analysis. After all, what are statistical recommendations good for if you can’t translate them into measurable results?
